Who doesn't love the glow of the sun on the ocean? 
It has been clamingand  meditative my whole life. The ocean is in my body and soul. When I need to charge my batteries, it's off to the ocean. 
I am so grateful to have been able to go to Bar Harbor to reflect and celebrate 50 years.
